Confidence is essential across all sectors. In professional settings, particularly within industries like maritime where certain groups may be under-represented, individuals can encounter unique challenges and biases. Developing confidence enables professionals to express their perspectives clearly and manage the complexities of their responsibilities with composure and assurance.
Norton Rose Fulbright’s Women in Maritime network is once again delighted to partner with WISTA International, in support of the Maritime Speakers Bureau, by offering two online training courses with the objective to empower women in the maritime sector build confidence and enhance their presentation skills.
The two sessions, outlined below, will be delivered virtually by Norton Rose Fulbright, and will be interactive. They are designed as complementary sessions but can be attended in isolation.

Are you happy with it? If not, what have you done about it? Similar to a commercial brand, personal brand needs to be managed. The first step in the process is to consciously design your brand.
