WISTA Norway launched our <\/span>\u201840 by 30\u2019 Pledge <\/span>to allow you and your company to show that you actively commit to promoting diversity in the maritime industry, most importantly are <\/span>striving towards increasing the share of women in leading positions <\/span>in your company to 40% within 2030 as one of your diversity measures.<\/span><\/p>\n

By signing the WISTA Norway 40 by 30 pledge, you commit to:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Create specific goals to increase diversity anchored by top management<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Ensure that the diversity goals are measured, regularly followed up, and published on your company\u2019s website<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Strive towards 40% women in leading positions by 2030
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
