Following tradition with the yearly Stavanger Christmas Luncheon yet again at the beautiful Hotel Victoria.

Corporate Communications invite all WISTA Norway members to this breakfast event.

The International Propeller Club of Norway is inviting all WISTA Norway members to this exclusive event:
Confidence is essential across all sectors. In professional settings, particularly within industries like maritime where certain groups may be under-represented, individuals can encounter unique challenges and biases. Developing confidence enables professionals to express their perspectives clearly and manage the complexities of their responsibilities with composure and assurance.
Norton Rose Fulbright’s Women in Maritime network is once again delighted to partner with WISTA International, in support of the Maritime Speakers Bureau, by offering two online training courses with the objective to empower women in the maritime sector build confidence and enhance their presentation skills.
The two sessions, outlined below, will be delivered virtually by Norton Rose Fulbright, and will be interactive. They are designed as complementary sessions but can be attended in isolation.

Personal brandWednesday, May 13, 2026 | 13:00 – 14:15 BST Your personal brand is a promise. It helps people know what to expect from you when you interact with them. What’s your brand? Are you happy with it? If not, what have you done about it? Similar to a commercial brand, personal brand needs to be managed. The first step in the process is to consciously design your brand. Then you need to sell it actively and manage it. Doing this will make a positive difference to your reputation and professional success. Presenters: Evi Platsidaki and Sally England |

Elevate your influenceWednesday, July 1, 2026 | 13:00 – 14:15 BST Everyone wants to feel and project self-confidence. For some, it comes naturally, while others can find it more challenging to varying degrees and can be overcome by imposter syndrome. All this matters as a person’s level of confidence can significantly impact both their personal and professional life. This session explores what imposter syndrome is and provides strategies to help you manage your inner critic and project more confidence both inside and outside of the workplace. Presenters: Olivia Cullen and Jenny Thwaites |
