WEDNESDAY May 11
07:45 Viking Glory departure from Stockholm
- Viking Line has arranged so that we have the area Algoths for WISTA during the crossing. Space for relaxing and/or meeting/workshop. From Algoths we have access to VISTA deck.
- Coffee / Tea & Bagel with cold smoked salmon, cream cheese, salad and red onion
- Presentation about Viking Line, tour onboard
- Lunch at the Buffet
- Price approx. 50 euro/person, all above included. (Confirmation to Viking Line by April 27 on number of persons and name + date of birth.)

Pick up number for Mercy Ships Race in the information at Alandica. Numbers available for pick up from 12:00 until 16:00.
15:00 – 16:30 WISTA Nordic workshop/meeting
- Each WISTA association will have a 10 min presentation of their selected initiatives, of which they have had particular success with, or invested most efforts into. Each presentation is followed by 10 min Q/A. The last half hour is then spent to ideate and brainstorm about collaborate action and initiatives which we would like to bring forward under a WISTA Nordic umbrella.
